Strong Cheesecake

Has anyone ever tried making cheesecake with something strong - like stilton perhaps. It could be served with a port sauce.

I think I have seen a recipe for Blue cheese cheesecake somewhere actually. It was designed to be served with salsa and crackers as an appetizer I think. I'll try to dig up the recipe and post it.
